Berlusconi was convicted in August 2013 for tax fraud and false accounting to four years of detention, the sentence was then reduced to a year of house arrest with the possibility of a request for community service.
The Court in Milan will decide next 10th April whether Silvio Berlusconi will have to spend one year under house arrest or if he will perform a year of community service.
